Construction Questions

The Covenants contain the following rules regarding home building:

1. An Architectural Review Committee will review and approve all building requests
2. Minimum square footage will be 2500 sq ft above grade
3. Maximum height will be 45 feet above grade
4. All construction must begin within 9 months of lot conveyance
5. No detached buildings will be allowed – including garages and sheds
6. Allowed fencing may not be higher than 4 feet and may not be chain link or wire mesh. No stockade fencing will be allowed.
7. Separate dog runs are not allowed
8. Energy efficient and green built homes are encouraged using solar and other energy efficient methods
